Welcome to my website!  My name is Kirk.  I created this website because I've lost my father to lies and corruption.  I demand him back.  I have posted here absolute proof that my father, Don Miller, was falsely accused by his girlfriend and is wrongfully imprisoned with a 42-year sentence.  Adding to this horror is the fact that the small town judge, DA, and sheriff all KNOW that my father is falsely accused.  The facts show that they abuse their power and commit crimes to deny my father justice.  My dad is a wonderful person who always helped anyone who needed his help.  He always puts others before himself and worked very hard to earn a living.  If this horror can happen to someone like my father, it can happen to someone that you know or love too.  The unrefuted facts and evidence here will SHOCK and DISGUST you.

You might wonder why these small town officials did this to my dad?  Here's why:  the judge who put my father in prison was physically involved with my dad's girlfriend for years and was even 'playing around' with her behind my dad's back when she lived with him.  This is a real SCANDAL.  The judge did to this to my father to get him out of the way and to please the girlfriend.  The judge called on his friends (the DA and sheriff) to help railroad my father and they committed crimes to do it.  Their crimes are now exposed.  I seek justice for my father but there is an ongoing criminal conspiracy here.  I need everyone's help.
